We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-10 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after order processing.

Free Shipping: Available for orders above PKR 15,000.
